MUS 211 - Advanced Music Theory I
Credits: 4
Increases facility in the analysis and usage of diatonic and chromatic harmonies. Continues harmonic analysis of Bach style. Includes exercises in sight-singing, ear-training, and keyboard harmony or equivalent. Part I of II.
Prerequisite: MUS 111 and MUS 112 or equivalent.
Lecture 3 hours.
Laboratory 2 hours.
